Carnival Magic Balcony Cabin - and inside the cruise ship

If you have never been on a cruise before, I hope these pics help if you an idea of what to expect. I would highly suggest searching googling pics of the different cabin types. There is also websites where you can look up the specific cabin numbers also to see if past guest have posted pics of that cabin. If its your first time cruising and you are nervous, knowing what to expect definitely helps to calm your nerves.

We had requested a crib when we booked, so was pleased to see it there ready when we got in, but it's not luxurious or comfortable as the one we had at home. So we ended up using it as storage for the trip.

Word of advise: Take all the pics you can on the first day first time you enter the room while its clear and your things are not everywhere.
The wardrobe/vanity area, nothing fancy but lots of storage on it.

The washroom, definitely smaller than what you are probably use to at home, but all three of us have been in the washroom together at some point and didn't mind it.

We have always cruised in a balcony room. I couldn't imagine cruising any other way, but its definitely worth it for us because we are in our room a lot on Sea days, and we also bring our breakfast back to eat on the balcony. Usually one of us would go and get breakfast for both of us.

I would definitely  recommend cruising during Halloween, or Christmas, or another holiday where the Ship would have specific themed activities, its an added value for usually the same price.

Of course the best way to get extra value for your money when booking your cruise is by booking with an experienced Travel Agent aka Moi.

I would love to hear from you guys! Which ships have you cruised with? What kind of rooms do you book? What do you like most about cruising? Peace and love to all!
